I purchased a new ATC aluminum trailer on dec 1st 2021 from Jason dietsch trailer sales. I was informed that the trailer I was buying was a 2022 model. I paid for the trailer on dec 4th 2021 in full with the trade in of my trailer. They messed up my paper work and ****** ***** the manager informed me that it would get taken care of within 28 days and sent to me. I asked ****** and another employee that works there about the model and they both stated to me it was a 2022. I finally received the Ohio title from them on Jan 3 2022 and the title states it's a 2021 model not a 2022 like told at purchase. They falsified the paper work and I want justice for this act. I want the difference from a 2021 model to the 2022 I was told I was purchasing.

*** ****** trailer was a 2021 model. It was manufactured in October of 2021 and in normal manufacturing would have been a 2022. When ATC manufactured this trailer it was finishing out this type of model and kept with a 2021 year instead of switching to 2022 like in a normal circumstance. There was a clerical error on our part when entering the model year which caused confusion when purchasing. We did reach out to *** **** and came to a mutual understanding in regards to this matter.
