  I went to purchase two rocker panels that was listed on the website for $105.00 free shipping. The total was $210.00 When I went to pay I was being charged $36.86 shipping. I sent the business a message and a few minutes later he changed both website prices from $105.00 each to $139.99 each and removed the free shipping charges.   Buyer never made an order, buyer inquired about a possible order that he was being charged shipping during the check out process. This is an issue on our web site that we have our web guy fixing and has yet to get this issue fixed.

   

  We told customer on 3-29-22 10:52am the following:

  "We have been slowly updating our web site. Due to prices going through the roof we no longer offer free shipping on sheet metal items.
  
  Those parts have been updated, thanks"

   

  At this point buyer was informed we no longer ship sheet metal items for free.

   

  Buyer was upset and then wrote us this:

  "See you in court. I have pictures before and after and will win! You’ll pay my attorney fees and court cost! I will also post this on every forum I’m a member of!
  
  Sent from my iPhone"

   

  Buyer sent several emails to us after this with threat of suing us & smearing our name on every public forum he is on. We offered our attorneys contact info and never heard back from buyer.

   

  We do not offer free shipping on our web site for all items as we are updating our site as fast as we can to solve issues like this before they happen.

   

  We will NOT offer these items delivered at the old price with free shipping as he demands.

   

  Buyer never made an order, buyer never paid, buyer never completed an order with us, ever!! All he did was inquire and we fixed the listings he asked about and buyer did not like the new price.

   

  We dont control the market, we can only keep up on prices the best we can.
