Contracted with **** ********** to do external painting at my resident on behalf of NextGen Custom Application on 5/15/2023 and paid $980 down payment. I have called him and texted several times to please contact me to start my painting. He has responded to any communication and I have requested my down payment back. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.Initial Complaint

On 7-11-2022 I paid a $300.00 deposit to **** **********. He was scheduled to paint in October. He informed me it would be November. I contacted him late November and he gave me a bunch of excuses. Told me it’s too cold now. I requested my deposit back and he assured me he was not trying to keep my money. That was in December 2022. I have still not got my money back. He is dishonest, he lacks communication skills, promises he do work and doesn’t follow thru and pretends he is sending your money back with false texts. He should be banned from owning a business, He LIES. He is a thief.Business response
