On or around July 14th 2022, my husband and I hired *** *********** to do some painting and other things around the outside of our property. In addition, we hired the company to clean out our gutters, which they did perform as well. However, a few days after that service was completed, we noticed a hole in our vinyl siding in the proximity of where they placed the ladder, on the driveway side of our house. This hole was not there previously. We contacted the company by phone immediately, spoke with a secretary and were told we would receive a call back. After several attempts by phone, we did eventually get a call back and **** spoke with someone who we presumed to be the owner. ****, possibly. The problem was discussed. He said he would get back in contact, however, after several weeks, we have not heard anything back. We would like this damage fixed, as we are confident that it occurred during the cleaning of the gutters. A hole does not just appear in vinyl siding.

I am looking into the issue on how this slipped through and as soon as you contact me we will get you scheduled to make the repairs. This was not a question that our tech made a mistake it was an error of the message being properly forwarded. As explained we are a professional company and stand behind our work and mistakes.
