I got new flooring in the entire lower level of my house. Paid $10k. The quarter round in the bathroom around the shower immediately discolored when exposed to water. The front and back door didn't have quarter round to finish. Then there is an area of flooring that is already cracked. I have called several times and been into the store and repeatedly told someone will come out to fix it next week. It's been six months. I never get a follow up so I assume they're just hopeful I forget.Business response

June 2021, price approx $8,000.00. After installation an unknown residue appeared in a 5' square area. The residue can be wiped away or if given time it will disappear on its own. I have contacted **************** three times concerning this issue. The first time he came to my home to inspect the residue and said he would contact the manufacturer. No response. The second time (December 13-17, 2021) he stated that the manufacturer's rep was in town and they would both come out to inspect. No response at all. Later he said the rep had Covid. the third time he said the rep was again in town and would call to come out. No response. Further, after having failed twice to come out with the rep Mr. ********* did not call me to explain. I would like an explanation of the origin of the residue, what it is and where it originates, what chemical(s) it consists of, whether or not it is dangerous to health, and what can be done to eliminate it. I would like to have any resolution/explanation in writing.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/23) */ Pleased be advised inspected flooring February 23 with Manufacture Representative. Took photos and a sample of residue in question. Was told it should take approx 2 weeks to get results Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The complaint resolution is in progress. Not settled. the manufacturers representative did come to my house and said that an result of their investigation would be available in two weeks. Upon receipt of that I will then determine whether or not their answer is acceptable or not.
