We bought two air purifiers,a furnace filter and a rechargeable sweeper from Enhanced Solutions in April of 2023.We have never received the furnace filter after Many times being told it was on the way. Also the battery charger on the sweeper will not charge leaving me no way of using it.I have been told time after time that the whole sweeper would be changed out or the charger would be replaced.Was told over and over that the service guy would call to make an appointment to come make this issue right.Never happened,never a call.Now when I try to call I have to leave a message that is NEVER answered. All of these items cost us $3000.00 and I would like to be able to have and to use all that we paid for.I want nothing more than to be treated right.Initial Complaint

I was called on 4/14/23 regarding an air purifier I bought from this company in 2021. The man on the phone told me I needed to purchase a new filter or my warranty was going to expire. I did, and was charged $160 for the new filter that same day. I called him back on 5/12 when I still had not received the filter. He assured me he was going to look into it and get back to me. It is now 6/19 and I have not gotten any sort of email, return phone call or the filter. After seeing the other complaint on here that looks very similar, I’m starting to think this was a scam.Initial Complaint

I bought Electronic air cleaners in winter 2021. Lifetime warr as long as you replace the filters. A sales man called ordered me filters so I can change it. I did receive it. he was checking on it & to call me back. he did not. I called again he said he would deliver them to me in a few days. I never got them. I called again and he promised to call me back. He did not. I stopped answering my calls. I went to a cousin & used their phone, so he wouldn't know that phone# & he answered. He was upset & wanted to know what I wanted him to do? I told him I just wanted my filters. He said, "OK" Then again, nothing. He will not answer my calls. I called Chase Bank Fraud Dept. Explained & he said he would refund me the $198.35 for the filters. By not getting my filters it is breaking the Lifetime Warranty. How can I get the filters if he won't answer my calls & + me? I also called corporate & spoke with ****@ ?###-###-#### & she said, "I would have by the end of the week" I did not receive them either. Now she won't answer my call or return my call. My address is not hard to find & I get delivers all the time.Initial Complaint

On 3/17/2023 ordered 2 annual packages to include a main filter, 4 pre filters, and 4 post filters for AeroPure units, and 100 cone filters for sweeper purchased from Enhanced Home Solutions on 4/15/2022. Total cost for filters $442.83. Was not given an order number. Order was charged to my credit card under Enhanced Home Solutions. Order supposedly was shipped by UPS to my front door. I never received order. Have never had trouble receiving orders by UPS. 4/9/2023 called Brad whom I placed filter order with at ###-###-####. Another order was supposedly sent out. Never received. Called Brad. 2nd shipment of order was pending at UPS. Brad said would have someone hand deliver my order. No one showed and no call. Called several more times between 4/17/2023 and 5/5/2023. Getting run around with excuses and promises to delivery order from Brad (warranty administrator) and Deana (###-###-####, person ordered units and sweeper through). I ordered filters in time to install and fulfil renewable warranty. That warranty is now affected since did not receive filters with renewable lifetime warranty card to send in. As of today, 5/9/2023, still have not received my filters.Initial Complaint

Bought two items from Rep in late summer of 2020, an AeroPure SFS air purifier and a AeroPure 3000 vacuum. Was given free (with deal) furnace filter at time which it took two calls and two months to finally receive. Was given a years worth of filters and was told they would call annually to get more filters. Our first call was finally in October of 2022. We placed an order from Brad, but let him know we were heading out of state and not to send them until after Nov 13th, 2022. We forgot about it until we received our Discover Card Statement (billed $304.71 on Nov 3,22) and realized no filters ever came. Called Brad and asked of him. He's claim was warehouse must have not shipped and saw none on record of shipping. He recalls our asking to wait a few weeks before sending. Nothing still came. I've called 6 times and other than his claim that UPS misdelivered it, but they would make it right, because it was their problem with UPS. Finally, 6th call I demanded a tracking number be emailed to me or texted to me. I had Brad tell me all my contact information so we both knew it was right. His reply is always "it's too late to get out until tomorrow, UPS has already picked up". Last call was Nov 3, so he said it would go out Mon the 6th. Still waiting! This morning I got online to find another distributor to help me and found out main office is *** *** **** ********* **** *** I've contacted them to help me but over 4 hours later no calls or emails. These two items are of no value if there are no filters. I see another complain is "good luck getting filters". I pray that is not always the case. Brad on last call said since I am having such issues, not to report to BBB or my bank and next year's order would be discounted. So I figure I only lose half my $ for nothing. I'm waiting until tomorrow evening to hear from someone or will be calling Discover to call out FRAUD OR THEFT to get my $304.71 back. Then I guess I drive to *** next time heading back from Cleveland Clinic.Business response

3.2.2023 BBB received notification from Brad *********** via phone call stating that replacement filters were delivered last Tuesday or Wednesday.Customer response

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.
They were delivered on the 22, sent out the 21st.
It was over 100 days after being billed and too many calls w/o action.
It was acted upon only after contacting the manufacturer and the BBB on the 17-18.

Good morning and thank you for the opportunity to respond to this. Our company had an appointment scheduled with ****** on September 16 in the evening time. Our representative that was scheduled for the appointment was running about 30-60 minutes tardy. We unsuccessfully tried reaching out to ****** via telephone to let her know our representative was running behind. ****** had provided our company with her work number. ****** then called our company the next day, Saturday morning from a different phone number than she had originally provided, we are assuming her cell or landline. She was irate and berating our company for missing her appointment. I explained we tried reaching out to her and the number she provided was her work number and nobody answered because it was after hours. I apologized and offered to reschedule the appointment. She said she wasn’t interested and was going to file a complaint. There will be no further contact from our company.

I bought Air Purifer from Enhanced Home Solutions from a salesman who came & demonstrated at our home. I have hard trouble with the Air Purifer work correctly. He told me he would sent a box to return machine to be fixed. That was Oct 2021. I called in Dec-Jan & told him I never received. I got the 2nd box but immediately got COVID Pneumonia was in the hospital & couldn't get box back to them immediately due to recovery situations. I called him & updated him. I got it to them he said I would get back March 11th. It didn't come. He said he'd check on it & call back. He never returns my calls. I call last week he said I was just calling you, your machine is on the line at the warehouse you'll have it back the end of this week by April 1st. So, he started to got hostile with me & threatened to put my machine to the back of the line. He called me an idiot. Then he said, I bet your husband wishes you would have died with that COVID! I want a full refund on machine it doesn't work right anyway. $1230.00.Business response

been delivered back to her home via UPS. The replacement filter she ordered
has been delivered to her via UPS as well. We apologize for the delay, the
factory had to make some repairs to the air purifier, all repairs were
