I ordered a cap and gown for my college graduation on March 27th, 2022. It was promised by the company to our school that so long as the cap and gown was ordered by April 7th. There was no communication as to when it would be shipped all the way until the week prior to graduation when I had requested a refund and gotten a cap and gown from a friend. They had accepted my request in an email sent on May 5th. There have been emails back and forth and my refund has still not been processed a month later. I had reached out to the company on June 6th inquiring the status of my refund, and there has been no communication from the company. I purchased the cap and gown on March 27th for $149.37 and my order number is ******-********Business response

To whom it may concern,
I received a letter stating **** ******* has filed a complaint against Ohio Graduation Products. I'm helping him get a refund from ***** *****, so I believe his complaint is against the wrong company. I do know ***** ***** was behind on refunds and I think Sean wanted immediate assistance. Unfortunately, I don't work for the company getting his refund.
