I bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt from Wagner Subaru on 11/30/21 for $6450. It had 101,188 miles on it at that time. I confirmed on 1/4/22 that the car had a rusted fuel line. I paid $694 to have the fuel line replaced. Approximately 2 weeks later the car started jerking harshly when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. This issue continued to worsen and I took that car back to my mechanic again. He states that the car is now showing transmission codes. He said there are multiple codes including solenoid codes and clutch codes. As of today the car still only has 101,790 miles on it. I have only driven the car approximately 500 miles and have had two major mechanical and safety issues with the vehicle. I paid top price for the vehicle in great condition, not poor condition, and have a 5 year loan on a car that is not even drivable after only being driven 500 miles.Business response

The vehicle purchased by ********** ****** went through a multi point vehicle inspection as well as $1,191.36 reconditioning bill from our service department. The vehicle was in perfect running order when purchased. This vehicle was sold as is with no warranty and the customer signed a Buyer's Guide acknowledging this at the time of sale. Wagner Subaru can provide documentation to support our comments if necessary.
