Choice one installed a new roof in my property on October 26th 2023.Months later, specifically in January, I noticed that the water coming from the roof was not getting in the gutters, instead it was going between the gutter and the wall. I immediately called the company and got not answer . I left a message and no answer. I called again in February and I finally was able to talk to the owner. He said someone will come to check. It is August and nobody has come to fix the issue. We had a heavy rain in ***** last Thursday and water leaked through the wall in the house. I called the owner on Wednesday and he said he will send someone within 24 hours. I am still waiting for that person to come

Hello! I reached out to the homeowner yesterday and stopped out. The gutter is set apart from the roof on the front of the house over the front door, probably pulled away from the house after filling with ice in the winter. The gutter just needs to be re-hung so that it is flush to the roof however, the shingles and drip edge are installed properly. I did reach out to a gutter installer who will be contacting the homeowner to help her :)
