Wouldn't even consider buying a vehicle from them again. Sold us a Jeep manufactured in ****** and noted there is no manufacturer warranty but included a warranty that covered everything but normal wear and tear. Turns out corrosion isn't part of that warranty as the 1st time I detailed the Wrangler I saw corrosion around the hinges. They said it's not covered and stressed the manufacturer warranty didn't exist and their warranty doesn't include that. They even recorded the conversation and then sent me the recording to stress they told me the manufacturer warranty is void. Going back through the process it seemed to be a very scripted selling technique. I do remember the salesman as we sat down saying, "Let me move this out of the way." I'm guessing that was the mic, so they don't say they are recording the transaction but I should have picked up on that. Not sure if this is common on all of their sales at this dealership, but don't know of ever having a auto purchase discussion recorded.Review from Nate K

Inquired on a truck online. Showed up to look at it. It had bald tires. One tire had a nail in the sidewall. They told me they would not replace the tires or take money off the truck. They said if they replace the tires they are raising the price. They wanted to patch the nail hole. You can not patch the sidewall. That is a blow out waiting to happen. I did a trade in estimate online. There was a $3000 range. They offered me the lowest of the range even though my trade in was absolutely flawless. The salesman **** was acting like i was stupid when i told him the tires were shot. I bet he felt stupid when the service guy came out to look at the nail and said the tires were shot! Who would spend $40,000 on a truck that needs new tires?! There was something shady going on with the brakes as well. I asked the salesman everything their service department did and he said they only did oil change and replaced wiper blades yet the brake pad life on the dash was reset to 100%. Im sure they were the original brakes with 77k miles on them ready to replace and they are trying to cover it up. This was one of the worst experiences at a dealership ever and i will never return. They are very shady and try to rip people offReview from Tracy S

I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 with 37,000 miles I also purchased the extended warranty for $2500.00. The truck just turned 80,000 miles The boot on the CV joint failed and is not covered because the joint didn’t fail but if you don’t replace it it will because it has lost all the grease. It’s a bunch of small print no one is going to read and it’s worded so the chance of you using the warranty is almost impossible. The dealership has got my business for the last time I have purchased 2 Rams and lots of parts from them and this is how I was treated can’t imagine how they treat first timers. The day I got the 2018 I saw some interactions between employees that turned me off but I figured maybe I just got them on a bad day but after today I think it’s norm for them now. They also offered to cancel the warranty and give me $200.00 back what a joke. I do service work for a living and if I treated my customers like this I would not be in business. Sad not the dealership it was when it was Treadway.Findlay Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Response

We are sorry that your recent experience was less than satisfactory. A good service contract is a great way of protecting customers from unexpected repairs. We only sell service contracts that are rated by customers at or near the top of the hundreds of service contracts availible in the U.S.A.. However, much like car, health or home insurance, even the very best service contracts do not cover everything. Mantainance items like belts, hoses, oil changes and C.V. boots , unfortunatly, are not covered. We will strive to do an even better job of explaining what is and isnt covered in the future on our service contracts. Thank you for your business.Review from Ray P

Used car lot is a scam. Not worth a one-star. They sold a used car that was not even road worthy. Needed ball joints, tie rods, other suspension parts, etc. Took the money and now refuses to make it right and it hasn't been 30 days. Was told, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do". Buyers bewareReview from Austen M

I was sold a truck with a blown front cover gasket and a bad vacuum pump. I had the truck for 7 days before it had to go to the shop. I was shown service records for the truck that were false. I had to pay 2700 dollars out of pocket for my repairs. The car sales manager was rude and did not care about the issue. No help was recieved. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They will rob you and sell you junk.Findlay Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Response

We are sorry this customer had less than a great experience.
We take many steps to be as transparent as possible. This truck was sold 100% as-is from the dealership. It was advertised 100% AS-IS and the customer signed 3 additional documents further stating that the dealership was selling this vehicle 100% AS-IS.
Although none of of sales managers remember talking to this customer about his issues, It's possible that he did and our managers don't recall as it's been about 3 months since he purchased this vehicle.
The customer purchased a Service Contract that may cover the repairs in question. We will be glad to assist him in finding out if these repairs will be covered by the service contract. Please contact our service department or have the service facility of your choice contact the service contract company at 800-858-6324.Review from Neil S

I purchased a used truck in May of 2021. when papers were signed I was notified there was an error on title (miles were incorrect). Papers were already signed so nothing I could do but wait for title. After multiple calls I was finally notified on September 22nd the title was corrected and would be overnighted. Title did not arrive until October 7th. During this time I was asked multiple times what current miles on truck were so the title could be finalized with the miles on it instead of having title corrected. I purchased autoguard ultimate level warranty from Findlay Chrysler at time of truck purchase. on December 8th I had a check engine lamp come on. Called and scheduled appointment for December 16th (first available appointment) at 9am. Did not drive truck until December 15th, light went out. Contacted dealer and was advised they would be able to fix with no issue. December 16th I received no call on truck. Called around 4pm and was told I would be contacted with an update in the next half hour. No call. on December 17th I got a call in the morning that nothing was wrong with truck and I'd have to pay a $150 diagnostic fee. Upon further questioning was told all the diagnostics completed and that they all passed. After some discussion I was informed I did not have to pay for diagnostics. Picked up truck on December 21st, no work had been performed for diagnostics. December 22nd light was back on. Sent email to general manager and service manager and they have not contacted me (has been over a week.) Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
