This company has been horrible to work with. First I was promised a time frame that an advertisement would be up in running. They were slick enough in their writing to make sure they had no obligation to what was told to me verbally. Then I tried to reach out several times for status updates with no response. Finally I wrote a bad google review and someone contacted me. I told them I wanted to cancel services and no longer wanted to work with them since they had failed to provide a service and I have not received a product from them. Andrew the sales director refused to accomodate this and wrote some lengthy excuse emails. Wanted me to take down the review which I told him no, as no matter what I am displeased with their service and believe they are scamming businesses into thier services. Since no services were provided and the service has been terrible I want the contract cancelled, and the payments refunded with no further contact from this business.Business response

Please find information below/ attached regarding the Complaint including email correspondence, a timeline and our contract with Eagle Eye Renovations. The contract clearly states that the businesses' contract term of 3 years will start once the equipment is at the school. We are a bit of a unique business model as we're like a Professional Booster Club that contracts with sponsoring businesses to be featured on equipment that we purchase for schools so there is a lag in featuring the sponsor as we have to find the needed sponsors to be able to purchase the given equipment (in this case a scoring table) and then that equipment needs to be manufactured before arriving and being featured at the school. In this instance, I'm a bit perplexed as to why Eagle Eye went to the extent of posting negatively on Google and BBB as we didn't breach the contract, in fact-they did.Customer response

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: Company agreed verbally that the ad would be up before the last school year and even to this date we have not received a timeline of when the ad will be up and running. This company has held our money without providing services thus incurring interest illegally and refuses to provide a refund and follow demand letters for refund and notice to cancel services. We made the complaints as they are justified from the notes above.
Sincerely,
******* ****
