I ordered 10 class B slotted cast iron 4" x 20" grates on March 12, 2022 for a total of $638.98, paid on this date by credit card. Only one was received. The company will not provide the other 9 grates or give me a refund.

Business stated there were several circumstances that were beyond their control. They are a distributor for another large company and that company was unresponsive to them. At that time they offered to cancel the order for the consumer. The consumer was adamant about not canceling. The consumer did eventually receive the grates (issues with FedEx). Initially money was pulled away from his credit card company, but payment was just reinstated. Complaint has been resolved.
