My wife and I have contacted the property owner multiple times over the past 6 months about getting our air conditioning unit and system fixed and have never received a response. On top of that the one maintenance man they have entered our home twice without a 24 hour notice, just knocking before letting himself in. The only thing he has done is look at the thermostat, tell us that he needs to order a new thermostat that he doesn’t know how long it will take, and used a paint to cover up a nasty spot that’s been getting worse on our ceiling from what I assume is Freon leaking from the ac system. We have pictures to show what the ceiling looked like before he painted over it, as well as emails dating back about 6 months reaching out to get help with this issue. Our AC and heat cannot be regulated, and has to either constantly run or be turned off via the breaker box. Because of this our electricity bills have been a lot more.
