  At the end of Oct I got a vehicle from this dealership. At the time of purchase, there was already a lot of shady things going on such as the mechanic taking over 3 hours to go get a battery, I told them a few things that was wrong with the car and they did not seem to care, I told them that the radio stays on after you turn the car off and that I would like to have it disconnected all together and the only thing they did was mute it and they said that they took care of it when they did not. There is so many things wrong with the car that is not even worth the price that they're advertising. The horn does not work, all the sensors keep lighting up, it already exploded on me once, the list honestly goes on and on. I was truly scammed by this place. During the time of transaction they told me verbally not to tell the financial institution that part of the down payment was also the first month's payment because they get confused which seem very shady to me but I was okay with it because the finance Institution agreed upon the price. The finance institution then reached out to them due to a confusion that I had with the payment and then they end up taking my car and they did not reach out to me, they just stole my car from my apartment complex with no ways of communication. They claimed that I violated my contract which I did not because I told them there is nowhere in my contract that states that I was not allowed to tell Westlake anything about payments. When he contacted me and said he will email me a copy of that contract especially that part he texted me a paper from Westlake with a disclosure that they paid off the car nowhere in there does it say that I was not supposed to say anything as well as this was the disclosure from Westlake to them about their payment of paying off the vehicle nothing about my contract and it's even dated after my contract. This place is the most Shady scam artists I've ever met my entire life! This was trespassing and theft.
