I had services performed by Daily Dental & Braces bar back in January 2023. I was given a payment agreement and the payments were automatically charged to my credit card. All payments were completed on time. I was not given a follow-up bill and they are trying to charge me an additional $686.00. The first time I received a text message from them about this balance (I called the billing department (I believe this was back in May or June of 2023), the lady I spoke with told me I was quoted the wrong amount but it was their mistake, it would be taken care of and I can ignore any future messages. However about a month ago I started receiving the messages again. I called and left a message about this issue and received a return message indicating I do owe them this money. I paid the full amount I was given in my agreement and do not believe I owe them any further payment. I have a copy of the agreement.Business response
