I have been waiting since March. They are running some kind of scam ?? They have payment but I do not have the product. Order #**** I have emailed numerous times and occasionly they email back pretending to have already shipped or either will ship soon. Other times they email me back and pretend as if it is the first corresponbence inquiring about what is my complaint/concern. Either ship the item or return payment.Initial Complaint

Ordered products on 8/17 and they have not shipped products or emailed me about when items will ship. They have been unresponsive to daily messages and emails. Other comments on their public social media pages show that other customers are having issues with not receiving their orders as well. This company is a scam.Initial Complaint

Order number Order number ****************** Purchased by my husband ******* ****** Order date November 24, 2023 *************** as directed and set up extended warranty. They confirmed via email on 12/12/23 an additional 2 years were added to the warranty. The machine stoped working in March 2024 after light use. I reached out to support three times and never received a response. I reached out in Instagram messenger and received no response. I decided to leave a message in a post that I had not received a response. They then replied to my instagram message. They asked for video proof that it wasnt working and then confirmed theyd send a replacement. On May 5th they said theyd confirm when they sent out the replacement. May 19th I followed up because I hadnt received a confirmation. They then said it would ship out on May 23rd. I followed up again 4 days later because I hadnt heard anything. June 2nd they replied and said theyre waiting on a shipment that should arrive the 3rd week of June. This pattern repeated itself 4 more times. As of September 28th, the only response Ive receive is from an AI bot telling me to email them or message via their contact form. I did both to be sure and have still received no response. There has been no human response via instagram. Ive left comments on multiple posts stating that my machine stoped working and that they are no longer responding. All these comments have been deleted with no actual response to me. I just want my replacement machine. Machine stopped workingInitial Complaint

Received my Nutr machine in 2023 (order ***** under **** ******, my mom - it was a gift). Shortly after it stopped working so Nutr had me ship the defective product back and send me another (refurbished?) one. Recently it stopped working again so I contacted customer service via their customer service support email on 9/18, 9/19, 9/26, and 9/30. I sometimes will get a generic response saying "send us a video" however I have included the video in EVERY email. Also messaged them via Instgram and ******** messenger. Looking for them to send me a replacement machine or refund me for the full amount originally paid.Initial Complaint

Placed my order on 8/17 and have not received any tracking information. Any time I reach out to them via email or their social media, they give me a generic/bot response, and no help from an actual person. They have horrible reviews and horrible reputation where they accept orders from customers but will not ship their products in a normal time frame.Initial Complaint

I purchased a nutr milk maker on May *******. Within less than a year the machine completely stopped working when plugged in and would not light up. Nutr has a one year warranty. I contacted the company the beginning of May the following year. They did not respond to my contact form and I emailed them directly on May 27, 2024. They asked me for a photo and I included the one attached showing the machine plugged in. On May 28th, they wrote saying that they required my order number but are stil waiting for stocks to arrive and so it might take time to ship. See screenshots attached. I sent the confirmation order, and heard nothing. I then wrote on June ******* asking if the Nutr was back in stock. They wrote back saying they were confused by the email details. I explained the situation on June *******. I sent a follow-up on July *******, and on August ******* and have not heard anything in response.Initial Complaint

On 5/12/2024 I ordered the The Nutr, a nut milk maker on line. A few days later i started having buyers remorse and attempted to cancel the order, however they said i was too late as my order was in process. As of 6/2/2024 I still not in receipt of my order and requested a refund. They agreed my delay was unusual and stated they would expedite my delivery. We had continued correspondence via email, at times i had to beg for a response; at one point they offered a $15 gift card for my inconveniences. Several emails later I received the machine on 5/23/2024 two weeks after placing an order a shipping label was created and 6/8/2024 almost a month later i received my package. I think began to request a return label using FB Nutr chat as I was told by another buyer on a web site they are more responsive there. I requested a return slip on using FB messenger and received an oddly named address: Default Destination **********************************. I questioned the *************************** as i did not see how it related to The NUTR company. They eventually provided and address that was more legitimate. Fulfilment Center ********** THE NUTR **********************************. I affixed the packing slipped along with proof of purchase to an unopened box and return it to the company. The package was delivered 7/3/2024. I have an email from **** dated 7/30/2024 admitting to receiving my return, but the refund process is encountering an issue. Date of Transaction: • Ordered online: 5/26/2024 • Request for refund: 6/10/2024 and 6/11/2024 Description of the Issue: On 5/26/2024, I placed an online order with Nutr, Inc., totaling $159.20. Unfortunately, the delivery was not only delayed but sent to the wrong address, making it difficult for me to retrieve the item and return it. Despite these challenges, I was able to return the product to the company and requested a refund by email on both 6/10/2024 and 6/11/2024. The company responded, agreeing to issue a full refund of $159.20 upon receipt of the returned item. However, after providing sufficient time to process the refund, I did not see any credit to my account. I followed up with the company on 7/21/2024, receiving no response. I continued following up on 7/24/2024 and 7/29/2024. Only after my third follow-up did they respond on 7/31/2024, stating that they would review my request. I allowed them an additional two weeks to resolve the matter, but I received no further communication. On 8/16/2024, I followed up once more and still have not received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. Amount Paid: • $159.20 What the Business Committed to Provide: • A full refund for the product that was returned, due to the failure to deliver to the correct address. Nature of the Dispute: The company has failed to honor their commitment to refund me after I returned the item. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have not processed the refund, effectively withholding my money. Whether the Business has Tried to Resolve the Problem: No. The company has not made any reasonable efforts to resolve this issue, despite numerous follow-up attempts on my end. Advertising Concerns: This complaint is not directly related to advertising but reflects poor customer service. The company’s failure to respond to customer emails in a timely manner and delay in processing refunds is essentially a form of theft.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a Nutr Machine on 7/11/24 for a total of $199.00; order #**** The website did not say the item was out of stock or that I was placing a pre-order. The shipping policy posted on their site states 5-8 business days. On 7/22/24 I emailed Nutr to get status of my order as it was a birthday gift. I received no response. I sent another email on 7/23 requesting to cancel my order as it would not arrive on time. I received an email apologizing for delay, but that they were out of the item. I sent a follow up email on 7/26 asking to cancel my order again as their falsely represented that they had the item available to sell. I received no response. I sent another email on 7/29/24, again requesting to cancel my order and again, no response. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank. The company has a lot of negative posts on social media stating people have placed orders months prior and the merchant has been unresponsive and has not produced the product.Initial Complaint

I ordered a NUTR and the charge of $149 hit my credit card on 4/13. There website stated all preorders will be shipped by the end of April. Come 5/6 no product came. Very poor communication and many broken promises on behalf of the company ensued and the product finally was delivered in mid June. Only part of the order originally made it, and awhile later the remaining. 6/17 right after receiving the main unit, I wrote the company with pictures to show that the device was not working as described. The nuts and date were not blending, even after multiple cycles of running the product. The website states no presoaking required, but the company suggested I presoak to resolve the issue. I tried this and it still is not blending the nuts fully. 7/21 they finally wrote back and said they were working on a solution. No response, I reached out again. on 6/26 they wrote Hi ********,I hope this message finds you well. We can replace the machine; however, we need to wait for the inventory to arrive, which is expected this July. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.Best regards,7/16 I wrote the company asking where my replacement was. At this point my contact through messenger said I would have to email the company instead of ******** messenger and would offer no solution. I requested a refund, no solution was given. I wrote the company via email multiple more times and no solution or response was given. THis is a faulty poorly made device and per the company's website a replacement should have been given and they failed to do so. The company is no longer responding to me.
