      I wish there was a zero star possible. It has been over 4 months since I order was placed. I purchased a package that included the machine and ingredients. I did receive the ingredients, but no machine. I get occasional responses with empty promises of fulfillment. The most recent said I should expect a tracking number on a specific date, but it never came and neither did the product. It's an icky feeling to be scammed! They continue to say they have products in stock and offer sales, but I wonder if anybody actually gets what they pay for. How they were on Shark Tank, other news channels, and now our stealing from people is shocking and sad.

      Parts missing from machine, no response after repeated msg. Their **** says my order number doesnt exist so I cannot initiate a return.

      I ordered a Nutr machine with a flavor verity pack on 12/8/23 and it has yet to ship. I tried canceling my order first and I was told I couldnt cancel because I was past their cancellation window. Whenever I reach out asking about my order I dont get an answer and when I do Im promised an upgrade but Im still waiting. This company has the worst customer service. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      If I could give it ZERO (0) I would!!! Order the Nutr machine as well as mixes and nuts on 7/9/24. I received the mixes and nuts fairly prompt but never received the machine. Requested status late July and reply was shipping delays and offered a free upgrade, which I accepted. Late August, still no machine, requested status and was given exact same response for upgrade. I declined the upgrade, requested to cancel the order, return the received items (at company cost) but no response. It is now October, and I have been messaging daily, still no response or refund. This is very poor business and would highly recommend not ordering from this company. After seeing multiple other negative reviews nearly identical to this one; I am shocked that the company is still selling and have even brought in a new milk maker!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.....

      Placed an order months ago. Never received my order. Reached out to them numerous times. No reply ever. Have never experienced such a bad customer service from a company. At this point I am out of my Money and doubt I will ever receive my order. I cant recommend this company at all.

      Placed my order on 6/15/24 and never received the product so I cancelled my order on 8/27/24 and I still have not received my money back! They are ignoring all of my e-mails, instagram messages, and deleting my comments on their Instagram. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

      Returned my product in an unopened box along with proof of purchase as they requested and 53 days later though they acknowledge receipt, they have not issued a refund.

      My complaint is the same as those below! My machine stopped working after 5 uses. I was asked to send in a video to show that it did not work, which I did. I was then told they would send a replacement. After numerous bot messages. I have not received anything. I also emailed *****************, the *** on LinkedIn and ******* and I also have received nothing. They have horrible customer service and the product is subpar and my machine broke shortly after use.

      Absoluely NO Customer Service! I purchased my original nutr machine after seeing it on Mo Rocca's Innovation Nation Show. It lasted only about 6 months before it burnt out. It took several emails (they do not respond via telephone) and 2 months before I was given an RMA for a replacement. Still, I liked the product and gave them a good customer review but told them they really needed to step up their customer service. I received a replacement and about another 6 months later (this past December 2023), the second until burnt out. I reached out to the company more than several times with no response. I researched Turk Industries online, found a telephone # and left a message begging for customer service. I received an email one week later from a "******" who asked what the problem was. I responded and again, no response whatsoever. I called Turk Industries several times, left msgs on their VM with no response. I then reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn and again, no response. I purchased my unit directly from the company, however when I went on to Amazon, I see there are other clients with the same defect/cust service issues. I have a unit that doesn't work. It's now mid March and still no resolution. Do I toss the device? Will they respond? Insult to injury - I was sent 4 email promotions offering a percentage off a pre-sale purchase on their latest generation of units. I'm disappointed, annoyed, feel cheated and this is the worst customer service - it's called NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could retract the wonderful review I gave them when I first purchased the product. Don't buy this gadget. They burn out, they don't respond and you'll wasted your $. I now use my *****...works just as well.
