Dan and his Redtail team are top notch. They were very quick in responding to necessary storm damage repairs. Dan provided additional information to the insurance company that the insurance adjuster initially missed. The result was a fully insurance covered roof. The removal and installation went flawlessly. Red Tail Roofing made the whole process easy! Dan worked with my claims adjuster so I didn't have any worries about coverage. My claims adjuster was very impressed with Dan, and told me that every time I spoke with him! Dan and Tiffany were great to work with. Tiffany provided helpful reminders about appointments and proactively reached out with backup plans when inclement weather was expected. Dan is such a stand up and honest guy, he made me feel confident and comfortable with how in depth he went. When talking about damage Dan knew exactly what the insurance companies would expect for a claim.
