BBB transcribed from hard copy complaint form: I hired them to clean my house from top to bottom. The living room & the front room was pretty good. The one bedroom & bath was also fine. When they got to the second bedroom, my daughter spilled a bucket of dirty water. They didn't get it cleaned up cause the carpet was wet for 3 day. They didn't clean the sides of the stove or top of refrigerator. They lost my curtain rods. They borrowed a plug for their shampooer & did not return it. Didn't clean floors before they laid down new carpet.Business response

There were 4 of us working in your home for over 5 hours and in a deep clean it should of never took no where near that and we went above and beyond wiping your walls and ceilings multiple times to get the nicotine off. Moving furniture to sweep mop and shampoo.
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during our cleaning service. We did shampoo the bedroom where the water was spilled, and we understand your concerns about the carpet taking a few days to dry. We want to clarify that we did clean and mop the floors before laying the new carpet, but it appears there might have been a misunderstanding. We're committed to delivering the best possible service and will work to ensure better communication and execution in the future.
Regarding the stove and refrigerator, our standard procedure doesn't involve pulling out appliances, but we'll certainly make a note of your request for future reference. Additionally, we apologize if there was any oversight in cleaning the sides of the stove.
We understand the importance of the curtain rods and acknowledge that they were removed by you, the homeowner. As for the borrowed plug, we are currently investigating the situation to determine if it was indeed borrowed by our team. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We don’t accept your apology for the work you did for us on June 29, 2023. There were 5 of you ladies and you said it would take around 4-5 hours but it was longer. You did a good job on the living room, bedroom and bathroom, but when you got to the rest of the house you just acted like you were in a rush to get done. The bedroom where my daughter spilled the water you only tried to suck up the water once and didn’t use clean water to take the smell out. When you got to the kitchen you didn’t even wipe the top of the stove or the front of it. Also you didn’t wipe down the refrigerator. We ask to clean the floor in the kitchen and then lay a rug down, but after you left my daughter was straighten the rug and there were piles of dirt under it. Even on (illegible) back room. You didn’t wash the top of my washer & dryer. Then you laid a rug on the back porch there was dirt on the floor.
My daughter had just went to the store and bought 3 prong plugs and you borrowed one to use on your shampooer. As for the curtain rod we never did find it. You quoted us $500.00 plus a senior discount but we still ended up paying you $605.00 plus $150.00 tip.
We were very disappointed with the work and we feel we should be reimbursed half of the money we paid you.
