The Southwest Licking LSD purchased a Kubota *** from Fackler Kubota Tractors. The *** has been repaired 4 times for the same *** assembly issue, because the bolts are falling out of the *** drive shaft. The school district purchased a snow blower with the *** but it has only been mounted and used once; therefore, the issue is occurring without the snow blower being attached. The school district has reached out to the local Kubota dealer, Fackler Kubota Tractor and ************************* (Kubota) with no response. The school district is requesting in a full refund, for everything involved in making the snow blower work. ie snow blower, front *** assembly, front mount, high idle throttle assembly, etc..., or we would be interested in a trade of equal value for a V-Plow designed to work with our ***.

It's most unfortunate that you did not get my response that appears to be received by **********************************************.  This email was sent on Monday Sept. 9, at 3:45 pm.  We are working on a solution for this issue.

Thank you for coming out yesterday to meet, and for creating a resolution that will finally fix the faulty *** on our Kubota ***.  Please keep me aware of any changes if any, moving forward.  I look forward to September 23, so I can drop off the *** for repair.

      All,
I wanted to send a recap and a plan of action from our meeting we had this morning. **** expressed the concerns of the snow blower on the *** and the issues that the school has experienced with this unit. These are the following steps we discussed that I would like to follow through with the necessary repairs on this unit.
I have looked up the drive shaft, mounting hardware and bearings that I will have Fackler Kubota Tractor order so we have on hand before we start working on the unit.
With discussing my schedule, the schools schedule, and ********************'s schedule we came up with having **** drop off the unit at ********************'s on Monday September 23, 2024. I will then come and assist ********************'s technician with troubleshooting and making necessary repairs. The plan is to only have the unit at the dealership for a couple of days. ****** ******************** has agreed to provide a loaner machine while we working on the schools machine.
While the *** is still under extended warranty the snow blowers warrarty has expired. I am committed to standing behind the Kubota product and completing these repairs at no cost to the school district

      Regards

      Mr. ********************,

I wanted to reach out to say thank you for getting our *** in yesterday to remove the *** assembly so that we can continue to use it.  I am however, concerned about the on going repairs. Yesterday makes the fourth time the *** assembly has failed for the same reason, "bolts falling out of the *** drive shaft".  Keep in mind we have only mounted and used the snow blower one time.

Per our conversation yesterday, you were going to contact Kubota directly to get a resolution regarding the correct repair for our ***.  I do have a couple of questions.

      1) Can you tell me how much warranty time is left for parts and labor on our *** and accessories?
      2) What is a reasonable amount of time to wait for Kubota to resolve this issue?

If by chance, Kubota has no permanent repair for the *** drive unit, the school district would be interested in a full refund "credit", for everything involved in making the snow blower work. ie snow blower, front *** assembly, front mount, high idle throttle assembly, etc...  We would be interested in a trade of equal value for a V-Plow designed to work with our ***.

As our dealer/representative, please share your thoughts.

      Respectfully,
      ****
