  The vehicle that I purchase from this company was reprossess. The company told me that I had to pay $1000.00 to get the vehicle back. In two day I got the money to obtain the vehicle back from the company and I called to schedule appointment to pay the $1000.00 and I was told that I need $1300.00 to get the vehicle back. I was not able to come up with $1300.00. I called to schedule appointment to get my personal property out of the vehicle and I was schedule to go today but I was told that I have to give them $50.00 to get my personal property out the vehicle. My daughter medicine is in the vehicle, car seat, her and my cloths and etc. My daughter need her medicine, at this present time I am not schedule to visit her doctor until September. Her doctor gave my daughter medicine to last her until her next appointment. I been having a dicfficulty time dealing with this company. This company is very unprofessional, disrespectfully, offensive and impolite. This company should not be in business at all. This company do not have good customer service and they just like to ripe customer off. I just would like my personal property. This company do not have to worry about me filing a small claims lawsuite or moving forward with this complaint.

  FIRST OF ALL WE ARE A REPO COMPANY WE DO NOT SELL CARS,. i WOULD NEED TO KNOW THE LIEN HOLDER OF THE VEHICLE SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. iF SHE WAS TOLD HOW MUCH SHE NEEDED TO REDEEM HER CAR AND THE AMOUNT CHANGED IT WAS PROBABLY BECAUSE ANOTHER PATMENT CAME DUE. WE WOULD NEED THE LIEN INFO BEFORE I CAN PROCEED

  I am rejecting this response because: The company name is Rs Recovery And Auto Sales Llc. This company sales cars and repo. The both car lots owners are kin to each other. The car lot repeat customer off and resale the car to another person. I just would like my belongings out of the vehicle. I am being charged $50.00 to get my stuff out of my car. I called and inform a young man that I will take them to small claims court and he said do what you got to do. This company really need to be investigate because not someone else reponding back to the complaint and asting like this company in not the same company who has cars for sale and that keep the cars at they lot.

  I was currently homeless with my wife and we were parked at a park I had fell asleep in my car with our puppy and my wife fell asleep reading her book under a tree. I was awoken to the owner at the time we didn't know it was the owner of rs recovery. He touched my private and snatched my car keys out from between my legs. I asked multiple times who he was and he refused to tell us. Then stated he was going to pepper spray us with bear pepper spray, stole our car keys and when I said I was going to call the cops he left and refused to give me my key back leaving us stuck in our car for 4 days at the park. Luckily my mother allowed me to get the car towed to the front of her house 2 streets over. Called the car dealership they acted as if they had no idea what was going on. Month goes by the car gets repossessed by the same man not knowing he was who he was to start with. I called and asked for my stuff out of the car. My wife took of work and we drove almost 2 hours to get our stuff to find out he never wrote us down on the appointment slot. Then both men I spoke to never said anything about having to pay $50 to get our stuff out. The man was very rude and disrespectful I did call the cops to get our stuff out which we still couldn't. They refuse to answer the call and allow me to get my stuff also stole my phone out of the car.

  This company illegally repossessed my car by going into a gated private property and on top of that is charging us $50 to get our property out of the car.

  Ford fusion 2011 . Made my two payments 4-14, 4-30 2 days late . The towing rs recovery is trying to charge me two payments 190$ . I paid it on Friday 4-30. Two last payments have not posted from car dealer great city cars. So it causing tow. How is that possible . The towing company say they will keep it . If I don't pay . I explained I have my payments up to date . Car lot and towing are causing me issues. My way of living transportation. I pay my payments . They took it at 9pm - 12am at night . May 1 . I went out after I came in 8 pm it was gone by 12am .great city cars is not sent car title . RS recovery is lying about it. Not good customer service at all it's bad .Car lot and towing company is taking people's money . It's completely wrong.
