11/24/22 The automatic drive thru is apparently broken. Not marked out of service or shut off. The computer allowed me select a service and pay, $12. I paid with a $20 bill and it gave me $8 change. Only after the automated car wash failed to operate or signal did I find it was apparently broken. Multiple cars in line. I contacted: *** ******** Parkmead Car Wash ###-###-####9 I was told I would receive a refund for services not rendered. I have not received a refund or future credit. Contact has ignored communications.Customer response
