This has been a cluster; I had gotten my inspection done on September 29th of 2022. We signed on our home on October 25th of 2022. I'm having so many issues with this home it's not even funny. My refrigerator is leaking from underneath that is messing up my floor. My dishwasher didn't work. My bathroom upstairs on the first floor it won't drain (tub) my bathroom downstairs the caulking on it is coming apart. The rail that's going up to my bedroom if you lean on it too much it is coming off. The vent in my living room has a container in it that I can't get out because the vent is sealed. My main water valve is leaking. When you shower on the first floor you can hear it in the basement behind the wall. The finished basement the carpet is wet can't figure what that is. This is so upsetting because we just bought this house now, I'm thinking about selling. I didn't know that he had an F rating. This it's a cluster. I am crying right now for all the issues that we're having with this house. I got this home because my family needed a bigger house. I can't work in my dining room because it is cold in that room. My sliding glass door will not lock that's a safety issue. My garage door that's not locking that's a safety issue. I would never have bought this house if I knew all the issues that I was going to have with the house. I but somebody needs to put this man out of business because this is not right. I don't even know if he actually looked at my roof and I'm scared to get any kind of estimate because I don't have the money right now to get all this stuff needs to be fixed. I wish he took pride in his work. So, when if you ever buy a house make sure you get your own poster and not the one your realtor suggest. It was supposed to fix my doorbell. And it is not fixed I can't tell if anyone’s upstairs because I work in the basement. I am a veteran. So, I use my VA loan to get this house. before anyone ask, I was not there at the inspection because he did it at 6am in the morning.Initial Complaint

I had a home inspected for purchase and the inspector did not do a through inspection. I have flooding in a finished basement that was not noted on the report. I also have a dishwasher that does not work even though it stated it did on inspection. The yard is unleveled which that was not noted also I have standing water on every side of the house during rain. I have moisture and water in the concrete walls from rain in the basement. First floor shower leaks to the basement. Laminate flooring has dips and cracks from the floor being unleveled. I have to pay over $20,000 for these issues to be fixed. I would have never purchased if I was aware of the flooding. I work from home and my office is in the basement, I have had to call off and leave work early due to not being able to use the space. I now am having issues with trying to prevent mold.
