I feel bad for other people and there stories but i personality have had no complaints with my property or the management company. I moved In July/August 2023 i did and open house the person who showed me the house was nice on time and very Knowledgeable also the 1st property i was shown it was not fit for me so she showed me a couple more properties till i found the right fit for my family an I. I only had to do one application fee. *he whole process was easy and ****. * made sure he commutated with me Via email every step of the way and was quick with every response. Now moving it there was some minor things that needed fixed and they sent someone out that same day and got it fixed(literally same day and had it fixed). Moving forward now in NOV 23 i needed my kids window fixed cold was was coming through and they sent someone out that same day and fixed it.SO I WOULD RECCOMEND *HIS COMANY!!Review from Cherokee F

Very terrible, moved in March 2023, in April I notified them of a leak when it rains. They hired a crew to fix the roof, the city came and shut it down due to no permit. Roof was left open, undone. It rained terribly for 2 nights and the whole house started falling apart due to their negligence. They put me in a hotel for a week assuring me the problem would be fixed. When I came back after a week, ABSOLUTELY NO work was done. They refused to let me out my lease even thought the entire house smells like mildew. Ceilings falling apart etc. after threatening to take legal action they finally agreed to let me move. I paid 3x the rent to move in and only get 1x that back. $950 is all I get back after being rented a false advertised home. They don’t even have VENTS in the upstairs bedrooms and that’s all that’s upstairs. They hired a guy to do the job the guy laughed and said they’ll need to find someone else. No one ever came back out since then. Imagine living in a mildew home with no air paying $950/month and it’s falling apart. Do not ever go thru ERA for a rental. Trash and they don’t fix anything. Very bad company to deal with, I was approved one week but a week later got denied for a reason I am not aware of, very bad business practices, I would not do business with them!

On this initial run of this applicant, he met our critia with the information we were given from the credit/background pull. Several days later a follow up email was sent from the reporting agencies that didn't pass our qualifications.Review from Drea

These people are **** ***** Mithoff has an extremely bad rodent problem an DONT ASK for repair to be made because if they don’t want to pay the money to fix it it’s not getting fix my bathroom had rat which I STEPPED ON WITH MY FOOT AN GOT STRETCHED before it ran back into the next apartment which had a infestation of them as well. These people are money hungry an will tag any repair asked to be made to your rent knowing the maintenance team is supposed to fill those requests. Rats got up into my car an ate my wires mind you the car was brand new cost me 600 out my pocket. The entire apartment needed to be repainted they had lead paint peeling off the walls bug because they wouldn’t replace door bumpers an a faulty front window which was installed by their maintenance team. The unit also had dead rats in the walls because it always had a weird wet foul smell in it. If you don’t pay for repairs an rent you get an eviction an which they then tell you if you do a pay to stay you won’t get an eviction but I was slapped with 2 after playing their games for 2 years an when I refused to pay rent for stepping on a rat an gettin stretched they gave me an eviction after no response for 3 weeks because they won’t speak to you over the phone an **** is rude an nasty by all means not to mention me an my kids were almost gun down at this nasty troublesome unit DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE SMART !!!!ERA Real Solutions Realty Response

This person was evicted due to non payment of rent. She didnt make a personal payment for close to 2 years. Once impact stopped paying her way she was evicted. She had damages to the unit that we billed her for. Anything above normal wear and tear yes we do bill the tenant. Basic business principles and she didnt like that. I wish her well.Review from Ron W

ERA are slumlords we have no security lock on the door for months they also send people addicted to Drugs to work maintenance on building parking lot passes I guess dont matter anymore because I rarely have a parking space and now I havent had hot water for two days since waters pipe busted Ive been reaching out to ERA but Im either ignored or disrespected by their worker LICA I will post screenshots from our last conversation just to show how rude this company is to TENANTS WHO PAY RENT ON TIME AND THROUGH THE WHOLE PANDEMIC WE NEVER MISSED A RENT PAYMENT EVEN WITH ALL THESE ISSUES WE STILL PAY RENT ON TIME EVERY-TIME. DO NOT MOVE TO SUNSET APARTMENTS ERA WILL TAKE YOUR RENT AND TREAT YOU LIKE S*** IM CURRENTLY SAVING MY MONEY TO MOVE BECAUSE THEY ARE RAISING THE RENT TO $625 FOR A VERY SMALL ONE BEDROOM WHICH IS CRAZY CONSIDERING THEY DONT WANT TO REPAIRS THIS IS A REAL INHABITABLE LIVING SITUATION WE ARE STUCK IN BECAUSE OF SLUMLORDS!
