This company installed a tankless hot water heater in 2022. At the time of installation my contract identified a specific model water heater and guaranteed 10 years worth of system flushes which is a routine maintenance procedure. At the time of installation the owner installed the Wrong model. I was assured the problem would be remedied, and we agreed to a solution. Unfortunately, there was no follow through. In addition to the issue with the unit, at my one and second year anniversary of installation, the owner will not schedule my maintenance visit. we have had appointment scheduled that he has no showed. Other times he tells me he will call me back and never does. Yelp reviews indicate this is a pattern. My interest here is in remedying the unit installation issue, as well as fulfilling his contractual obligation to flush my system annually.Business response

4.16.2024 BBB spoke with ***** **** ###-###-####. He stated that installation is warranted. ***** stated that the company no longer offers free yearly cleaning. ***** offered to go out to consumer's home one last time to provide a free cleaning. A water heater was replaced and the service man did not remove the old one nor provide a proper permit for the new one. I have called multiple times to have the old water heater removed and to inquire about the permit for the new one. Nothing has been done. This service took place 10/2/2023. This was all done through our home warranty ******** **** ******.
