I bought several washers and had problems with 8 to 10 of them the tech support was was absolutely terrible so I returned 5 of them and they replaced 2 and wanted me to pay for the third so at that point they still owe me 3 now the 3 I brought back all got returned to me because they don’t work. I can’t get a response from them this is a value of about 8500 these washers are all still under warranty. I am also in the process of filing a lawsuitBusiness response

On 8-12-22 5 washing machines were returned to us. Only 2 were still under warranty and 2 were replaced at no cost. Customer purchased an additional machine which remains unpaid.
The machines that were returned had the legs of the machines unscrewed to the ????. There legs are for balancing the machine and there using the locknut to tighten and hold the legs solid. Keep the leveling legs as close to the washer frame as possible. This was not done, allowing to much vibration when he machine is running. Also, the wires were cut off the out of balance switch, allowing too much vibration and causes the machine to walk. Three machines did not have pumps or they were not connected. One machine did not have a water valve. Another machine has a very hard substance inside that cannot be chipped away.
Also the machines need to be run on grid, or if running off grid, a 1500 watt inverter - pure ???? wave - is required to properly run. If you do no supply the machine with the correct power, it can interfere with the circuit board.
The customer needs o read pages 4 and 5 of the operators manual.

I am rejecting this response because:
first off the machines were under warranty next the legs kept vibrating loose because of extreme vibration and last I took the parts off those machines because of not being able to get parts to repair other machines and also if the vibration switch would have been connected the machine would not work at all
