      I've sent emails and left voicemail messages and Funai has not contacted me. I've tried multiple phone numbers and extensions and you can't get a live person on the phone. I just email them and the message was returned indicating the email address wasn't found. I copied and pasted the email address directly from their website. I'd like a shipping label resent to me for a service I purchased but never redeemed because I need a shipping label.

      Too bad I can't give a zero star rating. My Neato Robot Vac needed repairs and is out of warranty. Neato recommended two companies, one of which is Funai. This company was quick to take $55 from my account before I even sent my robot vac to them. Communication was great until they received my unit on Jan 12, 2022. After that, crickets. After numerous emails, finally a response that my unit was still being diagnosed. Then, on Feb. 14 (after 12 days from the previous email) I sent them a request for update. On Feb. 17 I got an email that they sent a pay request for repairs, which I did not get. I've gotten all emails to date but that one. Since Feb. 17 until today, I have sent numerous emails and left numerous phone calls with no response. Very poor customer service. Even with (poor) excuse of many companies of covid-related delays, customers should at least be contacted via email with updates. I wish I would have went with the other Neato recommended out-of-warranty repair company *********.

      I bought a Philips 50 inch smart TV on May 24 ****************************** October *********************************** march of 2020 I called Philips to give me a refund.I file a claim send them photos talk to them on the phone .In Nov 19 2020 they send me an email that the refund check was mailed and it will take **** days depending on the post office backlog. I called today and ask my refund and nobody seem to know.I suggested them to expedite or priority and im asking for a tracking # but nobody cares.All I wanted Is my money back asap because it ***** to go home without a TV for 3 months now.
