  So my car was repoed by BNB I called my fiance company to see when I can get my property I was to contact them they gave me the number I contacted the gentleman he said Wednesday we set up a time unfortunately I couldn't make it because I had to work I have 30 days before my property is to discarded I called the following week the gentleman says he is out of town and would have to contact his he would call me back never did I receive a call back I call the gentleman again because he had not contacted me he goes on to tell he has my things but have to check said he will definitely call me never heard from him I call again this time I'm told my things have been taken to goodwill because it's been after 30 days but mind you I've been calling this gentleman to get my well before 30 days he tells things come up I get that but if your a business and I can only get my things on a certain day and you become unavailable how is that my fault so I lost my things can't them that was not fair to me at all because I contacted this business he didn't call me back like he said I feel I should have my things he also told me I seen them in a storage the he checked the other one his crew threw them out

  A woman and man came and picked up my car and said it wasn’t a repo, the lady gave me her personal number for main point of contact. When I tried to contact her regarding what needs to be done she shared my personal contact with her family. They were calling and she was texting my phone not about my car. Whenever I called to get more information a man picked up the phone and wouldn’t help me at all! He went as far as yelling and disconnecting the call. Now their not answering during their “business hours”.

  This is not at all true, ******** called on a Monday wanting her tags so she could get her car from the auction, It was a Repo and she waited a month and a week to contact us. She was told that all property release was on Wednesdays from 10-6, she then had the male roommate call and demand the property. He started using cuss words and at that point I hung up. he call 3 more times and I refused to answer. She then call me with a better attitude on Wednesday and picked her tags and property up. At no point did my wife give her info to anyone or text her.
