CT Neal collected a deposit of $1,150.00 on August 30, 2024 check #1197 which was to represent half payment of work to be completed on Tuesday September 3rd. Business indicated work needed to be rescheduled for Friday September 6th. He did not show on Sept. 6 to complete work or call to reschedule. Contacted him again on September 10th requesting funds to be returned. He indicated he intended to complete work on Thursday September 12th. Again he did not show to complete work, call to reschedule and has not returned funds. I followed up with him on September 13th and again on September 17th requesting return of funds, which yielded no response from him. To date, I have not received funds.
