I am having a serious problem with King's Furniture & Mattress in ****** **** on **** * **** *** I was never TOLD THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE RECEIVING IT OR RETURNING IT. I WAS MISINFORMED BY JAY ABOUT FINANCE. I am disabled on SSDI. Once I found out about the FINANCE I cancelled my order. Jay said Okay then Hung up the phone. I called the 2 FINANCE companies and informed them about the cancellation then I was asked for CANCELLATION NUMBER. I told them I had none and Call King's. They called and was told MANAGER was not in until Monday. I called King's to get Manager's name and was told by Jay that I COULD NOT CANCEL....I NEVER KNEW THAT and asked for name of Manger Jay said MIKE will be there on Monday. I FELL SCAMMED I was not told that I could not CANCEL. I DID NOT READ ANYTHING. Jay said he needed my signature BUT DID NOT ALLOW ME TO READ ANYTHING. JAY GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT FINANCE AND SAID NOTHING ABOUT NO CANCELLATION I NEED CANCELLATION REFUND $1'500 I was in ER on 3-18-24 and put in Hospital. TOLD I HAVE BRAIN TUMOR I Must take care of my health. I MUST CANCEL ORDER A GOOD BUSINESS Has No Problem with CANCELLATION For example: Item(s) shipped direct from manufacturer may be cancelled for a full refund up until the item(s) ships from warehouse. Merchandise that has already shipped can not be cancelled. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise to your local store in original condition for a refund. ****************› ... Refund & Exchange Policy - ***** **** ********* Please help me. And I can not afford the payments All GOOD Businesses have No Problem with CANCELLATIONBusiness response

This matter has been resolved. Our return policy is listed in the terms and conditions that the customer signs at the time of purchase. The customer is given as much time as they wish to read through the Invoice and Terms & Conditions. In this case, The customer has alreaady visited Jay at the store again and worked out a deal that they are happy with now. This matter is now resolved. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I recently purchased a mattress from Kings Furniture & Mattress three weeks ago on Sept 26th 2022. I've been noticing bites on my skin but didnt think anything of it, due to the nature of my job. I left for a few days and came back yesterday night 10/17/22 laid down and felt a bug crawling on me. I turned on the light and looked at the my headboard and the mattress and saw there were bed bugs everywhere! I immediatelty placed my sheets in the washing machine. I lifted up the mattress this morning 10/18/22 and there were blood stains on the bottom of this mattress. It was apparent that this mattress was sold to me as a used mattress with bed bugs! I have never had bed bugs in my life and I am a clean person. I wash my sheets weekly and take my comforter to the cleaners to get it cleaned professionally. I would like a full refund for my mattress, payment of accrued charges due to bed bug extermination and bedding replacement including fabric headboard and I would like this companys mattresses investigated for how they handle used mattress.
