They sell certificates to places of business but when the business goes out of business or states they will Not accept them they do not respond to emails, phone calls or they claim they don’t have us in the system. How is that possible when we have the certificates in hand. We want to be refunded for all of the certificates that do not work that has been paid for in full prior to them sending us the certificates. These certificates are promoted on the radio stations. Attached is one of many that do not work. Total reimbursement is $500 plusBusiness response

On 6/28/21 I purchased 2 vouchers from **** *** **** ********** for ****** *** ****** valid for 2 years from date of purchase. They were 119.50 each totaling $239. Early june 22 my daughter called ****** *** ****** to reserve our sky diving experience. She was rudely told by Roger the owner "I don`t accept vouchers from **** *** **** ******* I don`t get anything out of it". I called JPH customer service and explained the situation to a very friendly person at Neofill which is a 3rd party fulfillment company. She explained they would talk to the vendor and get back to me with a resolution. On June 22 I received an email from Neofill stating they would give me an exchange from the current offers and I must pick one valued at $239. I replied stating that I would like a refund and not a credit or exchange being as to how they could not provide me with the service that I purchased. July 29 I received an email which they just copied and pasted their original email. I received 3 more emails July 29 stating that they are a 3rd party fulfillment company and the decision is made by the vendor. Being as to they are the fulfillment company it is their responsibility to deal with the vendor and provide me a refund.Business response

I ordered what was called the Golf Tour extravaganza which is run through NeoFill. I placed the order on March 19. I never received the voucher, when I reached out to them, Emily with NeoFill just told me there was nothing they could do. She sent me terms and conditions that were never presented prior to the purchase. When you purchase something, there is an expectation that you receive the item purchased. I have not ever gotten it.Business response
