I'm getting nervous cause it's taking so long to ship and due to all the bad reviews. They have answered emails and a call so I'll be a little more patient. But my confidence is waning. I'll edit if this actually comes as ordered.

Customer was informed that orders can take 7-10 days to process and ship. His order was placed on 10/12/2023, shipped on 10/18/2023 and according to the tracking information was delivered on 10/20/2023. We responded to his email with our shipping policy. When he called we informed him that his order would be going out the day and that he would get an email with the tracking information.

Company doesnt send any updates and delivery isnt speedy (2 weeks for me) however they did respond to my emails in a timely manner and product was exactly what we ordered,Review from Tiger J.

I ordered two swords. Received a tracking number. However it was fake. It was a scam. This company is scamming consumers for money And not sending product or incorrectproduct. Please don't trust this company nor the website. I hope the FBI get involved. Because obviously these people have been getting away with this crime for a long time..Review from Robert B

Ordered a double blade axehead (Damascus steel, no handle); just a lump of steel, what could go wrong? They did it. Got it 2 weeks ago, never dropped or used while I carved a handle. The steel has begun separating on the swirl lines in the metal. It’s starting to flake apart. Probably heat-treated over a hibachi somewhere. Now selling for $211. Good luckReview from Kimberly C

Placed order: l received a tracking number, which is fake, Nothing!! These people are thieves!!! It’s shame these type of people exists. The customers are PAYING and nothing! Straight-up Thieves!!! Do not do business with these lowlifes!!! I can a pattern with the other reviews. Send their little notes of items on back order that you will never see and you can forget about a refund. They have been playing games with me for several months now!!! They owe me $97. and change! They also pulled their little bait and switch with me as well with sending me some crap knife that I didn't want and had to do the send back thing! This company needs to be prosecuted and put out of business forever!!! Rip offs!!!
