I bought tires from them within the year and payed extra for warranty that cover the tires free replacement first year the tires they sold me are complete junk already they will not warranty or try to help resolve the issue correctly I paid almost 1000 dollars with warranty they are not honoring anything that was signed for just trying to rotate the bad tires to the back it's clearly a defect with 2 of the tires

I inspected the 2 front tires in question and they both have uneven, mechanical wear that results from alignment issue. We only sold this customer tires and indicated on his receipt that there were loose steering parts and alignment was necessary. He choose not to have the vehicle repaired by us and claims that someone else repaired the vehicle. The additional warranty that he purchased was the Road Hazard warranty that covers the tire if the tire is flat and can not be repaired. I tried to inform the customer that the tire manufacturer (or any other tire manufacturer) will not cover this condition. If we could get these covered under warranty, we would be happy to. The tire manufacturer reimburses us and makes handling warranties profitable for us but it has to be a legitimate warranty. If he replaces the front tires and the alignment problem is not fixed, the same thing will happen again. If we had done the needed repairs and this tire wear happened, we would replace the tires but not get any help from the tire manufacturer. We did not do any repairs.
