  I signed my children up for the kids bowl free program that goes from may 24 until aug 16. I purchased the family pass so my spouse and I could bowl with our children. We are having issues being able to bowl because every time we go to the bowling center we are told we cannot bowl because tournaments are going on. No where on the kids coupon page does it say we cannot bowl because of tournaments, Says times available are Wed-Fri 2p-8p and Saturday from noon-8p. I asked the manager for my money back on the family pass and he told me to contact the kids bowl free program but didnt have contact info. The bowling center needs to say they can pick and chose when you can use the kids bowl free program because its horrible watching your child cry because they cant bowl.

  On reference ID# ******** complaint by ******** ******. We offer the program Wednesday-Friday from 2pm pm and Saturday from 12 noon until 8pm. The lane availability is on a first come first serve basis and we tell all callers that as well for open bowling. I have leagues that run Wednesday and Fridays from 6pm-8:30pm and we have very limited lanes for open bowling, however there are still a few lanes left that we give out for open bowling/Kids Bowl Free program also on a first come first setve basis. I am sorry that we are a very busy place and sometimes there is a waiting list. T e desk guy did offer ******** the Kids Bowling Free games even if it was after 8pm or when a Lanes opens up. She was also told we can't refund money that is paid directly to the National Kids Bowl Free office* *** ****** which is not the Manager did not know the tollfree number but all ******* would have to do is email www.kidbowlfree. 1 just like she signed up for the program to ask for assistance. Also ******** said that they were told every time they came in we had tournaments? That is not true. We do have leagues but the only time we had a tournament was June 24/25 and that was clearly put on the kids bowl free under (Excluded Dates) and they would not even have received any passes for those dates anyways. I am sorry they can't make the dates and times we offer but all the dates and times are listed that we offer ahead of time. I have contacted Kids Bowl Free office and once they get the information they will refund the parents money. But keep in mind that then only the child will have access to the (2) FREE games since the parents package will be refunded. Keep in mind that the hours and terms do not change any. They still are as posted and on a first come first serve basis.

  I have contacted the kids bowl free program and they are well aware of the situation. My money has been refunded. You can try and make yourself look good in your over exaggerated excuse for a lousy bowling alley. I have no excuse to lie about what I was told when me and my children tried to bowl. We were refused to allow to bowl both times and not once did your employee offer for us to bowl at a later time after closing. I have left my google review but I’m not the only one who says you focus more on leagues and tournaments. I can only hope that your alley is removed from the kids bowl free program because clearly in your response your focus is on leagues and tournaments and not on the children in your community.
