  Paid a deposit to photographer in spring of 2023, and we met at the mutually agreed upon location in October 2023. Photos were uploaded immediately for my daughter's senior pictures on her webpage for purchase selection. Our initial receipt & agreement when we scheduled indicated a book with all photos and a digital copy would be provided. (digital copy for yearbook) We have failed to have communication with the photographer despite multiple attempts to reach her. We have had to buy photos individually from her site to use for senior pictures/to have copies of some of them as the book was never sent despite one message from her stating she aimed for the end of January. I finally texted/emailed advising she had 48 hours before formal actions would commence. I want half of my money refunded because half of the service was not provided. I do have copies of everything but can't upload to the computer I am using to write this complaint; it is very apparent there has been a dereliction in the service agreement with the communication (lack of)/receipts/deposit agreement, etc that I have. I maintain we still receive a digital copy of the 'yearbook' photo as well.

  A refund of $290 has been issued on 3/5/24, receipt attached. I depend on other businesses to print my work, and when those businesses come across issues, it affects my ability to provide my customers with the products they have purchased.  I feel I communicated this with the client. However, I understand the frustration for the long wait and that is why I have issued the refund for the items they did not receive.

  I attached an image of a requested digital copy--this would be something I would still like sent as requested previously. I would like full resolution printing capacity etc., just as if I purchased it, or it was provided per the original agreement. I agree to the refund and appreciate this. I also request that all photos remain available for purchase as they currently are vis a vis the current site (smugmug), or notification if items are moved to another site, etc. (for purchase)
