******** and **** were our HVAC technicians. They were excellent techs! They removed the old furnace, heat pump and the necessary tubings and replace with all new furnace, heat pump and lines all in one day! They took on a tutorial on our new control box in our home and now we are now WIFI set!The contract was true to form cost was no more no less and no mess! The old equipment was picked up and hauled off, the furnace room was spotless! *** is the real deal!Review from Cooter B

*** is a terrible organization that is unprofessional and lacks any customer support. Their reviews are awful and now I know why. I set up an appointment over a week ago. I explained everything of what was needed on the initial call. They checked with their manager to ensure they could do it. My appointment window was today between 8am-12pm. Their quality control team called today at 10:30am to tell me they cant do my job with no reason given. I asked to speak with someone and they said their care team will call back in 3-5 days. *********. I called into the office and was sent to voicemail. This will be just another terrible review for them, but hopefully someone will learn from my mistake.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians Response

***** with Eco had my furnace back up and running in no time. Great and friendly service and I didnt feel like I was trying to be upsold on anything. ******* signed up for the maintenance plan includes electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Im sold. Very pleased. He confirmed that light switch (with an internet function that lets us control the lights with an app on our phone) needed to be replaced. We had the same failure in the same type of switch a year before and that electrician asked us to get the replacement switch. For me getting the right replacement switch took a long time. I ended up with 3 switches before I found the correct one. ****** found the right switch in about 15 minutes.Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians Response
