We have been a customer of Suburban Sanitation for many many years. Very happy with our service. Our shop for our business is in a commercial complex. The property manager has recently gotten a dumpster which is available for us to use. I requested our service to be discontinued at the end of April. We are billed for three months at a time. I requested a refund for the two remaining months which totals $22.00. We have had lengthy communications and the end result is they have refused a refund because their policy does not allow for a refund. I have requested a copy of their policy in writing, and never received one. As a longtime customer with no billing issues, and based on the reason we canceled our service, I believe we are entitled to a refund.Business response

Consumer called a request a refund for May and June, as they now have access to a dumpster and no longer need curbside service. First, I said no but I would check on it. I did check on it and management agreed to refund the money. I put the check in the mail the same day as I receive this complaint notice. I will call the consumer on Monday to ensure she receives the check.Customer response
