On June 17th went to drop my car off at central collision repair. Got a call on Wednesday June 26th saying it was ready I said ok I’m at work I’ll come pick it up tomorrow what time open I was told 8am. I show up at 8 waited in the parking lot until 8:30 tried to call also. Had to leave because I had a flight to catch at 11 so could wait any longer. I come back July 1st to pick up the car on my arrival to founding my car it had mud debris all over the car the back driver tire ?? was completely flat and almost off the rim and extra scratches over my car. I ask work where the office people I was told there in a meeting to come back around 4 I said ok I will be back. I arrived back at 4 walk into the office and the owner hand my keys nasty I ask would you to come out and walk around the car with me because there is damage to the car that wasn’t there before owner told me no and there nothing he can do about it but proceed to come out and take photos anyways I ask him what are we gotta do about this scratches he told me nothing the car is finished I ask is this how you treat your customers he replied will you should have came and got it when I called you I told I tried as said earlier to the owner he just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t try to resolve anything so I proceeded to ask him how we gotta fix this I was told to call State Farm and get off their property as the son chargers at me angry and yelling and they will call the police told them call them they didn’t want to so I did for State Farm know I had a dispute with the owner I showed the officer pictures of my car and ask for a report so State Farm knows how they did my car owner still doesn’t want to fix the scratches I have photo of how I arrived to my car.Business response

this is all false she was being hard to deal with from the first phone call we received we had to put air into her tire every day we had it in the shop the lt rear quater had a scratch when it came in as it was unrelated damage the insurance will not cover i pulled my camaras up she was never here at 8 am to pick up her car as my help was outside in the parking lot as my son was running late and when she finally decided to come after her car we were at lunch she was cussing at my help,i had my helper wash it and air up her leaking tire and she showed up at 4 and was extreamly difficult to deal with i did not want to argue with as she started cussing us and mfr us i call the police as she would not leave.Customer response

I have a witness with me the owner never called the police I was the one who called the police which I can go to the police station and get a copy of the call. The owner never pulled up the cameras because I asked him to and he told me it only rans back 3 days so he couldn’t pull up the day thin I ask show the pic of the car when you took the car in to do the work because you have to send this pictures to the insurance company he told me no he couldn’t all in the owner never wanted to come up with a solution and my door doesn’t even open from the inside of the car from the work they have done so now I have to take it to another company to fix properly.
