I have repeatedly asked for a DETAILED invoice for the replacement of a water heater, which I’ve already paid. All they will provide is a material fee and labor fee. I am asking for a breakdown of materials with taxes included, labor cost with any taxes included, and the service fee with any taxes if included. Supposedly they “waived” the service fee, but that is not shown except in a verbal statement, so I can’t actually say what that fee was. They said it is “not their policy” to provide an invoice breakdown. As a consumer who has already paid for services rendered, I feel it is my right to know how my money was spent. Can you help me with this issue? Best regards, ** *** ******* ***Customer response

Paid $230.00 on 10/26/2022 for about an hour work. Plumber fixed fixtures in toilet tank and put in another on /off water shut off valve. When done with toilet tank there was a short grinding noise he said was due to lack of part. It lasted about 2 seconds. Since then it has lasted 15 to 20 seconds which is very annoying. Called their number but no one has got back to me. My wife and I are elderly and we fill we were taken advantaged of. We want it fixed correctly with no additional costs.Business response

In March of 2022 we noticed a leak at the base of our commode. Technician came and replaced the wax ring and secured/leveled the toilet to the floor. Caulk was used to further secure the toilet in place. In early May I noticed moisture spread about an inch from the front of the base as well as urine in the crevice of the base. I called and asked the company to follow up on the workmanship. They sent someone out and the tech determined that they could not find a leak and advised that we may cause more harm by removing the seal he created a month and a half ago. I trusted their expertise and sent him on his way and thanked him for checking up on it. Moments later he got in his truck and I overheard a conversation he was having. Much to my disbelief, he informed me that he had to charge me a service fee because no work was done on the original job. It was never disclosed to me that there would be an additional service charge at the time I requested the follow up. Had I known that I was going to pay $50 for him to look at it, I would have made him take the toilet off the floor to make %100 sure that there was no leak.Customer response
