During our consult the salesman, **** ******, took the time show us tons of pictures, go over all the options, and he even explained how I should clean my new tub and what chemicals were safe and unsafe on the marble we chose. I was so excited that in 1 day I would have the bathroom of my dreams. Install day started early around 8 AM. When I arrived home at 6PM I was surprised to see they were still there. Finally between 8:30-9PM they let us know that we had to wait 24 hours to use it, but they had finished. When I went to inspect my beautiful bathroom I was appalled by the size of the tub. It takes up 80% of the room-any sales person should have advised against this. And all that beautiful marble that we talked intensively about cleaning was actually PLASTIC-no way around this one we were straight up lied to. We ordered 2 grab bars-only 1 was installed. A small detail with a border was also never installed. The shower curtain rod was also not sent. So for the next week I had to shower in the corner because there was no rod for the curtain-when it finally did come it was in oil rubbed bronze and all my other fixtures are matte black. During that week we also noticed that the crew had busted the water line while they were installing. Now my yard and street are water logged as we wait on the city of ******* to make a repair. I think it is safe to say we will not be using leaf for any other home projects. Looking back when the salesman came to our house for the consult he ignored a phone call explaining he wanted to make sure he focused on us. At the end of the consult he actually played the message that his customer left him for us to hear. It was an elderly woman with an issue with her tub size. I should have seen this red flag and run, but I didn't and now I too have an issue with the size of my tub among other things!Leaf Home Safety Solutions, LLC Response

On Sept. 18, 2014 came home open my garage door and my ceiling was falling down and one of the pipe had developed a pin hole which was shooting water to my ceiling. Had to ran in the house and cut off my well pump. Called them to fix. Guy kept walking around and told me to turn on my pump. When I did my pump didnt have any water. So he lifted because it was getting late. On 09/19/2024 They send the original guy who installed. But I found the problem after the guy left end on09/18.The water had been flowing for a couple of hours. Water stand in garage and water was dripping from the ceiling. The guy he saw the pinhole when I showed it to him. I had to get a plumber out to get my pump foot value fixed. The jets were damaged because it was trying to **** up mud. Costed me $180 had to run from my neighbors waterline to prime pump ive called him several times. Then the guy called and told me he had filed a claim it would take three weeks. They took my piece of pipe. They said they had to take it because they had to go to the manufacture to see why it was the defect kept calling them, a regional manager name *** called didnt leave a return call but was able to get it from my ID phone. Kept calling no response then his phone wouldnt answer anymore. Then I called the guy back in the office and he kept tell me hes gonna call hes gonna call. But he never did so I called the guy back which the number had been changed so I couldnt call anymore. I had to clean up all the ceiling tiles so I can get into my garage. Plus I have black mold in my garage I have health issues. I have chronic heart failure and I have respiratory problems. Dont understand why they just dont fix the problem which they created and the day after it was installed, I called the salesman ***** ***** to come and get that item because I was not satisfied with the line running up on my deck. Our stair chair was installed July 14, 2022 & has worked well until hurricane ****** hit ********** on Sept. 27. No power for 7 days. Chair beeped periodically for 2 days then stopped. Power back on Oct. 7 & chair doesnt work. I called Monday & again today. I was assured a technician would call me by the end of the day. No one has called. I have arthritic *************** has had total knee replacements. Chair may need a battery or a button pushed. Im a retired ********** husband is retired veteran. We dont know anything about troubleshooting stair chairs. Someone could at least call me to set a repair time.Leaf Home Safety Solutions, LLC Response

I had a tub installed and after 30 days we started having problems. It's been 2 1/2 years and cannot get anyone to service our tub. Cannot even get a phone call back from service department. This place is Horrible.Leaf Home Safety Solutions, LLC Response

My tub was supposed to be installed on 8/30/24. I got everything ready and when tech showed up he said electrician was necessary even though salesmen had checked. My husband and I are both over 80. We really need a stair lift. We paid over $8,000. It was "installed" three weeks ago. For two weeks it sounded like a smoke alarm 24/7. Then it stopped working altogether. I have tried to talk to them many times. Three numbers they gave me do not work. When I reach somebody, we get disconnected or "someone will get back to "you". They never do. When I called for their address, I was told "Ohio", and then they hung up.My husband and I are both not well. We do not deserve this. What we were told we were getting and what we got was two TOTALLY different things. Cheap materials tried to redo the shower 3 times. It still leaks and it's been 8 months. ******!! The next day after I signed the contract on August 21, 2024, I decided that the price quoted me was entirely too much. I called the 630 # and left a request that someone call me regarding my desire to cancel my project. I did not receive a call back. I wanted to hear from ***** ******,the consultant that quoted my price. I got repeated requests to schedule my installation. I called again to let them know I did not want to schedule an installation. The first time today I got a call from a woman named ********, requesting again that I should schedule my installation. I stated that I have been trying to reach someone to let Leaf know my request. She said the materials for my project have already been ordered. Another problem I had was the first time I was sent a copy (PDF) I was unable to download it. The lady ******** was calling from a number id as Bath Planet.
