January 19 of 2024 i went to Dr Goldschmidt bc they had a deal for botox for 10 per unit. While there i was talked into lips and cheeks. The botox was fine. I was happy with the botox. The cheek filler and lip filler was the issue. After waiting weeks to see if maybe it would go away and it didn’t, i reached out to another injector in my area and had a consult and the amount of migration that happened immediately after Dr Goldschmidt did my lips shocked her. I left a review with photos on google in hopes they would reach out to me since there was no follow up scheduled. My review is gone along with another not so great review about his injectables. His reviews for surgery ( implants etc) are great but the fact they deleted the truthful reviews about the filler left me extremely concerned. I am now having to have my lips dissolved in order to look normal. This was my first time ever doing lip filler and it has terrified me to ever get again which i really wanted to boost my confidence. The total was over 2700 and the fact that i had to spend money on getting it dissolved is just not right and i feel like i shouldn’t have to pay for his mistake. I am okay with paying for the botox and the filler he put on my left side bc like i said, i was happy with my botox injections and my left side filler. Its the right side and the lips that i am currently getting dissolved and after speaking with my current injector, she said they should have 100% had a follow up visit made so i could address any issues at that time so he could have fixed it. As i stated before, i left my review with all the photos i uploaded here in hope they would reach out to me and they have not. I went thru care credit for that office visit and would greatly appreciate an adjustment to show only the botox and filler on my left side as well as 300 off that i am having to pay to have it dissolved.Business response

I am writing in response to ID ******** re: **** ******. We take much pride in our patient care and services. With that being said, its unfortunate hearing this email as it is 9 months past the date of service and this is the first I am hearing about it. All patients that come in for Botox Day are able to take advantage of additional specials that are offered if they so choose. All botox and filler patients, new or not, are made aware that final results will not show for 2 weeks and if there are ANY questions/concerns or a touch up is needed to call the office for an appointment. This is also on the consent forms that each patient signs and at each of the check out desks. I have went back and looked in ****** chart because I was concerned if she had reached out and somehow it was overlooked. I found no calls or email requests reaching out about any concerns or issues. We take photos prior to injections so we can look and compare if there is a problem which we will always strive to correct if possible. Especially if this is your first time having filler you may not know what is normal. Many times there are very easy solutions to these issues and can be easily addressed. The filler that was used in the lips typically begins to dissolve with in the first few months and can be moved with manual manipulation. Once again, this could of all been corrected if the patient was seen and she reached out to the office. As far as the google reviews, it is public knowledge that those reviews cannot be erased nor would we ever manipulate a review as stated. We are extremely fair and pride ourselves on our patient care. As far as the costs, the patient paid $2584. This included $395 of instant savings that she redeemed the day of service.
