Title Professional in Chardon Holding $300 for water hold for real estate transaction 3-25-2023 Spoke to mikayla H*** and have sent them final utilities bill marked paid in full However they claim they need a final sewer bill marked paid in full The address is **** ********* *** There is no final sewer bill Because the sewer is paid by the HOA as this is a Condominium Title professionals are aware of this, however will not release the funds And have made no attempt to resolve this matterBusiness response

The customer states that there is no final sewer bill because the sewer is paid by the HOA; however,at the time of closing City had informed us there was a delinquent sewer balance for this unit. We are contacting city again to verify that there is no more delinquency, and if there is not, then seller's full amount of $300 will be returned to him. If there is a delinquent amount that predates current owner's ownership, said amount will be paid out of seller's $300 and the balance returned to seller.
