I bought a car from Frank after hours on May 6th, 2024 so he said he would mail the title to me. It currently is July 16th and after multiple attempts at getting in touch with him he continued to say he "would mail it", He "Has mailed it", he " Will remail it". He also said he would save me some money at the BMV and after looking over the bill of sale he put that we bought the vehicle for $1407.50 less than what we actually bought it for. Now there are issues with the car, and I can't even sell it or do anything with it.Business response

3 mons ago I bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson & have had nothing but trouble with it. now I find it was sold to me without a Catalytic Convertor. Previously I had it in for repair & Frank offered to pay 1/2 the repair then backed out. Now I find there is no catalytic converter. I want him to supply a catalytic converter at his expense & pay 1/2 the repair he agreed to do before.Business response

Per phone conversation with the owner, *****, he has tried to work with this consumer. The car was sold for $1500.00 in as is state. The first thing the consumer did was request help with repairs for a fuel pump. ***** stated he bought the fuel pump, though he didn't need to, and gave it to consumer because she said she had a mechanic that would do the work. He stated he didn't hear from her after that until she demanded $1500 for the catalytic converter repair. ***** stated that the car was sold without the catalytic converter, but he was willing to help. ***** offered consumer to take the vehicle back on trade and get her something else. She would not do so and demanded the $1500.00. He stated he has tried to work with her, even though it is apparent she is unwilling.
