I ordered 4 subs, store could not change order and deliver, I called the store to cancel order, they directed me to the website to cancel the order, I went to the website and it did not work, it only jumped to the store, I had 86 shore points, so the rest was paid by ******, I called and talked to the manager of the store, he looked up the order and could not find the order, in the meantime the cost had come out if my account, I would accept a gift card if that would make a refund easier,Business response
