      The tech came out and diagnosed my 1 yr old refrigerator with bad compressor or leaking compressor and I got a quote for 1,219 dollars which I then called GE to complain about this issue they sent out their tech which fixed it. It was not compressor problem, so either Logan tech is under trained or they just like charging people for service calls with no practical repairs. G E extended factory warranty by 6 months and there was no charge for the repair except for paying Logan Master Appliance repair for a bad service call

      I purchased a new Speed Queen washer and dryer that was to be delivered one week later. The salesperson said I would receive a call first thing in the morning of the delivery day for a time frame. They open at 8 am and when no one had called by 9 am I called and was told they still had not figured out the schedule and they would call whenever they knew. At 10 am I was finally notified that delivery is scheduled between noon and 3pm. At 3 pm no one had arrived or contacted me to say why they would not be there by 3 pm. I called and the salesperson said they were held up on the previous delivery and they should be there within the hour. After rearranging my schedule to accommodate a delivery in the middle of the day, it would have been appropriate to notify me of the reason for the delay. When I said that I now have doubts whether the appliances would be any more reliable than customer service and that I should cancel my order and request a refund, I was told you are right and that the appliances would probably not be reliable, and the salesperson proceeded to process the refund. I asked to speak with the manager and was given the run around about how the salesperson was in charge since the manager was not there. They claim to have the best customer service in Dayton but don't count on it. There is no such thing as good customer service anymore.

      Thank you for your input Deb, we are sorry for your experience and any inconvenience, it is never our intention. We try very hard to stay on time on the estimated times of arrival. The delivery team was just finishing at the stop before you and missed their time by 15-20minutes. Each customers home is different and we do not ever know exactly what we will find when we arrive, but we know each customers time is valuable as well. We are very careful at each stop to do the best job possible at each home. The manager was not in that afternoon but would have been happy to speak with you if he was. The appliances you were buying are the best washer/dryer set available and you made a great choice to choose them. We would be grateful for the opportunity to make it right.

      We've worked with Logan Master for many years. Always great service. They don't try to sell you something or a service that you don't need. Our technician who serviced our refrigerator today has been with them for 40 years. Their scheduling person at least 20 years. Good companies get and keep good, capable employees.       Repair has very bad service and untrustworthy! Called them to give an estimate on fridge repair. Charged for the house call to estimate but it does not come off of repair. I waited weeks for the parts to come in and I had to call to see if they ere in. The repair guy comes out and says the first guy did not find what was wrong I actually need an evaporator coil plus condenser plus heat pan. This alone is almost $3000 in repair estimate. So I wait weeks with no call then when I call back to see if they have the other part they say they cannot find it. I offered to look for it. In minutes I found the part and then they scheduled to come out and fix it. The guys come in and start to get the fridge out and stop and goes out to his vehicle and comes back with a waiver that looks like it was under his seat. They want me to sign off on if they damage my floor or anything while pulling out fridge and doing the repair. Of course I said no. This feels like a place trying to take advantage of a consumer and not taking the care to do things right.

      We are always upfront about the service call fee, it is to come out diagnose and give you an estimate.  We are aware that some companies will give it back to you but then build in into your estimate, we don't do business that way.  Your refrigerator is not a normal refrigerator that weighs about 250lbs, it is a 800lb built-in refrigerator.  The first tech diagnosed a system issue, which is what you have.  The problem is there can be leaks in more than one area, often you find that out once you start the repair.  One of the parts you needed is no longer available through the manufacturer, so finding a part distributer that still had one in stock and not just noted in their computer was a challenge.  When the team arrived and did an assessment of the moving of the refrigerator, they were concerned about your wood floors, which you noted was 15yrs old and not replaceable.  We are very careful but can't guarantee perfection when moving something that heavy across the wood floors, so they asked you to sign a waiver that you were aware of this.  We try hard to make sure our customers are informed.  We are a company trusted by many for this very reason, we are not trying to take advantage of anyone. You refused to sign the waiver.  We will refund your service call fee.

      My dishwasher was not draining so I snaked the lines. still wound not drain so I thought it was the pump so when I removed our dishwasher I broke the back foot off. twice my wife told them we wanted it replaced. The repair man who came out did not bring any parts to repair our dishwasher. we supplied them with make and model of our dishwasher they brought no new foot the repair man told me to put a shim under it. When done he didn’t put the front plate back on he said I should do it, didn’t attach it back to the countertop, and didn’t make sure it was level. what the hell did I call them for also he didn’t even clean up the mess he made.

      The customer did call for the dishwasher not pumping out. He also gave the info on the broken foot. We checked to see if we had the foot available and it was not, It is a special order part, which we could order for the customer, but we had the tech set up to go out already, We do not special order parts until the tech sees it. Our technician pulled your pump and found nothing blocked and draining fine. He tried to put the dishwasher back and told you he was having difficulty, because we had not been there to see how you took it out. You told him that it was no problem, that you would take care of it. He believed you at your word and left. My office personnel should have made it more clear about the foot.

      Repairman came to my home to fix a dishwasher that leaked. After removing the lower panel, he found a leak at the motor water inlet. While there he found on his computer that parts were not available since 2018. Nothing was fixed but I still had to pay the service call with tax that came to $102.13. For no repair, this was too much. Replacement cost for a new motor was over $500 by Logan. I could and did buy a dishwasher from another company. I want nothing more from this company that spent 15 minutes at my house plus driving time of 3 miles. A refund of at least half the charge for no repair would be fair.
