Dealt with being insulted and held a grudge and or resent against due to lack of communication issues, job was not thoroughly completed and or properly to standard and or proper operating condition has caused issues as much as health and property damage and mechanical malfunctioning as well as caused issues to equipment and systems in the building as well as other units in the building. When furnace was first installed piping was never insulated and dealt with faulty equipment that was not properly and securely installed.

The unit we installed In December of 2020 is a Fan/Coil unit. Not sure why nothing was reported to us for a year
I spoke with *** ***** and asked that he call me on Monday December 13 and I would visit the job and resolve any complaints.
Never heard back from him. Not sure what the comments about insults etc. are about.
If *** ***** will call I will visit the job and quickly resolve any legitimate complaint.
