• Placed initial deposit ($450.00 - 50% of total) for a paddle board on July 11, 2021. Was told the board would arrive by 7/18/21. • Followed up 7/26/21 via email asking about ETA. No response. • Followed up via phone multiple times, but no one answered and voicemail was full. • Followed up via email 8/17/21 and was told there were Covid-related supply chain issues, but I could expect delivery in early September. • Followed up via email 2/20/22 and was told to expect delivery in early March. • Followed up via email 6/6/22 and was told any day now. • Followed up via email 6/23/22 and was told it still hadn't arrived and was offered a different board to borrow until it arrived. I declined as I didn't want to risk damaging a board that wasn't ours. Asked for an ETA and got no response. • Sent an email 6/18/23 outlining interactions to-date and requesting immediate shipment of the board or a refund. No response. • Called and left voicemail on 7/6/23 requesting a call-back. No response. • Sent an email 7/12/23 telling the business I wanted a refund by 7/14/23 or I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. No response.
