We opened our bird bank on 10/19/2021, and reopened it to reach the orders. At first I was told the minimum order number was 5, which we easily reached, but was later told the minimum was 12. We reached that minimum and shut down the bird bank, but when I went to finalize the order, the price had increased by $10/shirt. Our Campus Manager was very kind and archived the order for us since the shirts were never in production, but it has been archived for approximately one month without refunds (even though it was supposed to be archived Jan 13th). I know refunds are possible because the CM ran a campaign and quickly issued refunds for her personal bird bank. She said she would follow-up with her boss, but 10 days later there is no information about refunds on their way to being processed. Now, my club members are angry because they've lost money and I've been unsuccessful at receiving our refunds.Business response

I was so sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with your Campus Manager. I made sure to notify their Supervisor of the situation. We were unaware that this had occurred and we immediately notified out Finance Dept of this issue. I also show the order has been archived and refunds have yet to be sent out.
We are processing and issuing the requested refunds at this time and these should be received by everyone on the order within 7-10 business days or less. This turnaround just depends on the payment method each person used and how quickly their payment method can finish processing each refund on their side. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or issues. We will make sure that this incident with your Campus Manager is reviewed and handled appropriately.
