  About 1:30 a.m , driving back to my hotel, i decided to hit taco bell for some grub. The crazy long line almost changed my mind. But i just got done working on a car, i was hungry and tired. After over an hour wait, i was finally at the order box, and was greeted with, " you should have left when we told you to" i asked if they were talking to me, she repeated this, and i demanded to know what was going on, i was told to leave the line, ( impossible, once inline, you cannot leave the line due to the drive thru set up) i demanded to talk to a supervisor, she said she was assistant super, i said no, i want the manager, the real manager, all the lights went out, the girl says, ok, paused, and barely even changing her voice, declared she was the manager and i needed to leave the line, again, impossible, i saw the door get locked by employees, and the place shut down , the only thing i was informed of was that an employee witness someone in a black trailblazer, calling the store, harassing employees, now mind you, yes i drive a black trailblazer, but i didnt do this, i offered for them to go through my phone records, and was told to leave the line, again. Needless to say, i didnt eat anything that night, and i went to bed hungry, tired, and a whole new view on the type of people that work at taco bell. I attempted contacting the main office many times, and was lied to, and brushed off. Till today, and i think something needs done. So any help is greatly appreciated, the crazies in this world make life so hard anymore, so i guess there it is, and thanks.

  Yes, ****** *** ***** is the location of the taco bell as best as i can get for information, its off of ******** ****** ********* ****

  We have callled this number repeatedly and get a message for po boys.  We have left messages and have had no returns.   We are only open until 1 am and can not gain any information from the complaint.

  Ive received yhe message from the bbb, about the response from taco bell, and i am the owner of Poor Boys Garage, not Po Boys. And ive not received one missed call nor any voicemail from taco bell or anyone for that matter

  Hello, 

  We have attempted to call Mr. *****, numerous times.  If we had not we would not have known what the message states for the number on file.  I offer my apologies, as I thought it stated Po Boys in the message on the voice mail. having received this update on 4/25/2023, I called the number listed again at 335pm. and 439 PM  I again received the message stating please leave your message for Poor Boys, in which I left a detailed message with my name title and a number in which I am able to be reached at just about any time of day and did not receive a call back. The phone goes straight to the answering message, perhaps because it is a business, But I have never received a live response from a  person when I call.
