I contracted with them to remodel my kitchen. I paid 40% down by check on 9-1-23. Work was to start in 8-10 weeks, but owner called and said he was quitting the business and would repay my down payment. I have received no money, just one promise/lie after another. I have contacted corporate headquarters; they don't return my calls.
